Who is Luke Visser of Chappaqua?

Luke Visser thoroughly enjoys all classical instruments, especially the piano.

“It’s been about 14 years of playing piano, and I’ve really enjoyed picking it up again after some time away from it. I am currently taking piano lessons again as part of my school’s music program, but I also really love just sitting down and playing by myself.” Luke says with a smile. Though he is still in high school, Luke is passionate about the medical profession and is contemplating possibly pursuing pre-med after graduation. When Luke puts his mind to achieving a goal, nothing can stand in his way.

Luke Visser also enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family. Luke is extremely grateful that he and his family share a lot of the same interests, and he always goes back to the joy found in the fact that he and his father share the same love for hockey and sports in general.

When he’s not watching or playing hockey, Luke loves to travel. “One of my favorite things to do is to visit American historical sites. Experiencing a wide variety and geography and culture with the United States alone is pretty amazing. In addition, my maternal grandmother is from Hong Kong, and that’s been a pretty great place to visit.”
